🇺🇸 United States
Orders shipped to the U.S. from our Korean warehouse are typically duty-free under the $800 USD de minimis threshold.
• If your order exceeds this amount, U.S. Customs may apply duties, taxes, or handling fees, which are collected by the carrier (e.g., USPS) upon delivery.
• These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your local postal service for details on high-value imports.
🇦🇺 Australia
All orders to Australia are shipped duty-free under the AUD $1,000 de minimis threshold.
• No customs fees or import GST are typically charged unless your order exceeds this amount.
• If additional duties are applied, they will be collected by the shipping carrier at delivery.
• K-Beauty Studio does not collect or prepay these fees.
🇸🇬 Singapore
Singapore generally does not charge GST or import duties for low-value shipments.
• Orders under SGD $400 are typically exempt from GST and duties.
• For orders exceeding this value, GST (currently 9%) and possible duties may be applied by Singapore Customs.
• These are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer to the courier if charged.
If you missed your delivery, check your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email (please check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it).

PRODUCT
You can typically find these dates on the back or bottom of the packaging.
1.Manufacturing Date
The manufacturing date is often marked as MFD, MFG, or simply “M.” It represents the date when the product was made. In Korean, “제조” also means “Manufactured".
Example: MFD20240801 ‘제조’ > This indicates the product was manufactured on August 1, 2024.
2.Expiration Date
The expiration date is indicated by “EXP,” which shows the year, month, and day the product will expire. In Korean, “까지” means “Expiry".
Example: EXP20270801 ‘까지’ > This means the product is valid until August 1, 2027.
Shelf life is typically 2–3 years unopened.
After opening, most should be used within 6–12 months.
Many Korean sunscreens are tested and approved in places like Europe or the US, but they haven’t been officially tested under Australian conditions. Because SPF claims need to meet Australian standards to be displayed on our site, we’ve removed the SPF rating from these products - even though they’re still packed with skin-loving protection. You can enjoy their benefits, just keep in mind that the SPF strength hasn’t been verified for Aussie use.
Everyone’s skin is different, and reactions can occasionally happen with any skincare product. If you’re aware of specific ingredient sensitivities, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before placing your order, or feel free to reach out to us at support@kbeautystudio.com and we’ll happily help guide you.
If you’re unsure, we always suggest doing a quick patch test on a small area of skin first. If irritation or a reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if needed.
While we do our best to stock gentle, skin-loving formulas, K-Beauty Studio can’t take responsibility for individual allergic reactions and unfortunately can’t offer returns or replacements in these cases. That said, we truly hope your skin loves everything you try from us!
Absolutely! Many products are gentle and well-suited to younger, acne-prone skin. Look for mild cleansers, light moisturizers and calming serums.
Great question! These three might seem similar, but each plays a unique role in your routine:
Essence: A lightweight, hydrating layer that preps your skin to better absorb the rest of your products.
Serum: Targets specific skin concerns like pigmentation, fine lines or breakouts with concentrated active ingredients.
Ampoule: Think of this as a supercharged serum - it’s even more concentrated and perfect for when your skin needs an extra boost (like during flare-ups or seasonal changes).
‘Glass skin’ is a K‑Beauty term that describes skin that’s so clear, smooth, and luminous, it looks almost like glass. It’s not about having “perfect” skin - it’s about having well-hydrated, even-toned, healthy skin that naturally glows.
You can get that glow by staying consistent with your routine, focusing on hydration, and using ingredients like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and snail mucin.
